Paid placement
Every position in the ranking is paid promotional placement. Nothing on this site is earned, awarded or won on merit.

No quality claim
A higher rank does not mean better software. There are no reviews, ratings, judges, editorial scoring, certifications or endorsements.

Round reset
At the start of each round, every vendor's Current Round Score resets to €0. Placement is decided only by spend inside the current round.

Season Spend
Cumulative Season Spend is permanent historical record. It is displayed for transparency and cannot influence current placement.

One primary category
Each company selects one primary category. A company appears in Overall and in its primary category only.

50% to the Fund
50% of every confirmed eligible pre-tax placement fee is allocated to the Hotel Tech Fix Fund as an internal budget commitment. The Fund is a budget, not money held for anyone, and it is a gross figure.

Hotel challenge principle
Challenge submission is free for independent hotels and small groups. Support is verified by work email, and the eligible challenge with the most verified support is selected. No jury, no vote, no draw.

HotelTech.lol is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Hotel Tech Report or the HotelTechAwards, or any other ranking or award body.

What counts
Only confirmed, pre-tax placement fees count toward rank, Season Spend and the Hotel Tech Fix Fund. Pending, failed and refunded payments count as €0.
