What we do not use
No analytics, no measurement, no advertising, no retargeting, no social plugins, no fingerprinting and no third-party marketing tags are used anywhere on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors.
What is actually stored
Administrator session
Local storage / cookie
Keeps an authenticated operator signed in to the private /admin console. Only set after an operator signs in.
Retention: Until sign-out or session expiry
Payment session redirect
URL parameter (no storage)
The Stripe Checkout session identifier is passed back in the URL so the confirmation page can show the result of that payment.
Retention: Not stored in the browser
Stripe payment processing
Third-party, on Stripe's own pages
Stripe sets its own strictly necessary and fraud-prevention storage while a payment is being made on Stripe Checkout.
Retention: Governed by Stripe's own policy
Legal basis
The storage listed above is strictly necessary to deliver a service explicitly requested by the user (signing in as an operator, completing a payment). Under Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 and the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary storage does not require prior consent.
Controlling storage
Browsers can block or clear cookies and local storage at any time. Blocking them does not affect public pages; it will prevent operator sign-in and may interrupt a payment in progress.
Changes and contact
If non-essential storage is ever introduced, this notice will be updated and a consent mechanism will be added before that storage is set. Questions: legal@hoteltech.lol.
