You are buying advertising placement.

A paid position in a published leaderboard for the current round. Position is determined solely by the confirmed pre-tax amount paid inside that round. Money. That's the methodology.

This is not a review, rating, benchmark, test, certification, accreditation, award, endorsement or recommendation. A higher rank does not mean better software. The operator performs no evaluation of any product and makes no statement about quality, security, fitness or performance.

Placement is sold to businesses acting in a professional capacity only. There is no consumer offer. By paying, the buyer confirms it is a business, that the person acting is authorised to bind it, and that it holds the rights to the name, logo and website submitted.

All amounts displayed on this site — the minimum, the amount entered, Current Round Score, Season Spend, totals and the Hotel Tech Fix Fund balance — are pre-tax (net) amounts in euro.

Any indirect tax (VAT/IVA or equivalent) is determined and added at checkout based on the buyer's status and location and is shown separately before payment. No statement on this site is a tax opinion, and no exemption or particular tax treatment is promised. Tax charged is never counted toward rank, Season Spend or the Fund.

The first placement for a company is a minimum of €50 pre-tax. Any further payment inside a round is a minimum of €10 pre-tax, and where the buyer is beating a specific position the minimum is whatever the server calculates as sufficient to pass it at that moment.

Minimum amounts, the position being beaten, whether a round is open and whether a payment counts are all recomputed on the server at the moment of purchase using server time. Values shown in a browser, a link or an email are indicative only. If they differ from the server, the server governs and checkout is refused or recalculated.

The season is divided into rounds with fixed opening and closing times in Europe/Madrid. A payment counts toward the round that is open when the payment is captured. At the start of each round every Current Round Score resets to €0.

Season Spend is the permanent cumulative record of confirmed pre-tax payments. It is published for transparency and never affects placement in any round. It buys nothing.

Placement lasts only for the round in which it was paid. No position, exposure level, duration, traffic, impressions, clicks or commercial result is guaranteed.

Any other company may pay more at any time and take a higher position. Being outbid, or a round ending, is the normal operation of the service and does not give any right to a refund, credit or compensation.

Refunds are issued where:

• a refund is required by mandatory law;
• a payment was duplicated or charged in error;
• a technical failure prevented the placement from being applied correctly;
• the payment is identified as fraudulent, disputed or unlawful; or
• the operator determines, at its discretion, that refunding is the appropriate outcome.

When a refund is confirmed, the refunded amount is automatically removed from Current Round Score, Season Spend, published totals and the Hotel Tech Fix Fund allocation. Ranking positions are recalculated accordingly. Partial refunds are reviewed manually before the public figures are adjusted.

The operator may refuse, hide, suspend or remove any company or placement where required by law, where a rights complaint is substantiated, where the submission is fraudulent or misleading, or where a payment is disputed. Where a placement is removed for reasons not attributable to the buyer, the corresponding amount is refunded and removed from public figures.

Every position is disclosed as paid promotional placement on the ranking itself, in these terms and in the public rules. Nothing on this site may be described by a buyer as an award, a certification, a review score or an independent ranking.

50% of every confirmed eligible pre-tax placement fee is allocated to the Hotel Tech Fix Fund as an internal budget commitment of the operator. See the Hotel Tech Fix Rules for exactly how that allocation works. Paying for placement gives no control over, claim to or interest in the Fund and no influence over any challenge outcome.

The service is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability to a buyer is limited to the pre-tax amount that buyer paid in the round giving rise to the claim. Indirect, consequential, reputational and loss-of-profit damages are excluded. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are accepted at checkout. The version accepted, and the moment of acceptance, are recorded against the company and against the individual payment. A later version never applies retroactively to a payment already made; each payment is governed by the version recorded with it. The current version is 2026-08-22.1.
